It is a two round interview after the phone screen. The recruiter will ask about expectations for pay and benefits. The questions are both about experience and behavioral questions. They ask you to answer in star format.

How would you handle managing different personalities?
Interviewed with recruiter and was told I was moving onto the next steps. Then was ghosted by the company. Followed up with recruiter that worked for Sazerac but never heard any response.

Interview
Don't even waste your time applying to this company. As many other reviews state they're HIGHLY unprofessional. The hiring manager I spoke with became very agitated that I had applied for more than one position with Sazerac. When they scheduled my interview, she never listed what position I was being considered for. She told me they save resumes and that I was wasting their time when applying to different openings. The position I was being considered for I had applied to a month prior! The recruiter was not polite at all but did mention she thought I was a good fit for the Market Development manager based on my 10 year experience in the alcohol industry. I was asked to update my resume and reply to 12 questions and email them to her ASAP. I updated my resume and replied to the questions within the day and never heard another thing. Complete waste of time.
