There were three interviews: 1. Interview at career fair 2. skype interview 3. In person interview The in person interview had an assessment, you shadowed someone, got to know everyone on staff, then some basic Q and A.

There are multiple phone interviews and then one in person interview. The in person interview has HR, upper management, and a technical person on a panel. There is also a job shadow and a lunch. It's a longer process, but the time flies.
