Very unprofessional, Don't waste your valuable time with those unprofessional people , . Their developer don't know any thing ! they ask you change log and silly questions just to let you know they know something!!

The HR call you first, for an interview (phone or one to one), after that you need to meet an technical person or CTO in person. Than, if you are required you need just few weeks to have an offer.
