Schneider Corporation interview questions

Emailed resume to HR which responded the next day to scheduled a date and time for a phone interview. Phone interview never happened because the interviewer did not call. The interviewer called an hour late. I did not return the call. My opinion is that if my time is not worth anything to them in the recruitment process what would it be worth when if I was employed by them? Their failure speaks loud.

The hire manager came to my college and had the 1:1 interview in career service office. He prepared a list of questions on his hand. And just asked every questions and wrote down your answers. All the questions were behavior questions and questions from your resume.
