Schwebel Baking interview questions

They called and up an interview at a local hotel for the next day just 2 days after applying online! I arrived and had 2 gentlemen waiting for me in the lobby. They told me a lot about the position as well as the company and then asked questions about my work history and my character. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and felt very casual but they kept me engaged and had me excited for the opportunity! I was not hired on the spot but received a call the next day offering me the position.

the interview process was super simple. I applied online and was called the next day. I interviewed 2 days later. Not many questions asked. It was more like a sales pitch to get me to accept the job. Had background paperwork for me to fill out before I left the office.
