Interview
Firstly they'll ask some psychological questions via google docs, then some technical questions via google docs after that technical interview/ HR Induction. Chances are very likely that you will be selected here and then they'll ask you to deposit the training fee but if you've done those courses earlier then you needn't to pay the training fee.

Note: All these questions were asked from the project manager if the HR is the interviewer then the questions would be more general, related to you.
