Interview was fairly easy, you get 2 tries per question, questions were rather general and nothing is there that catches you off guard. Would recommend interviewing at Scotiabank. You can always use the first question as practice and then submit the second try

2 steps - one technical and one behavioural. The first one is with HR team and the second one was with regional director. For application it’s a one way interview and a plum profile, if you don’t network with campus recruitment your chances are much lower

One round with a manager with very general description of CV / Motivation questions, then final round with 4 team members of the finance team. This round was more formal, questions about what the team does, motivational, behavioural, etc
