Interview
The selection process consists of two steps. In the first step, candidates' skills and experience are evaluated through resume screening and initial interviews. Fue todo conciso y claro. 2 entrevistas, una con RRHH donde me explicaron qué buscaban y conceptos generales, y otra con preguntas técnicas relativas a SQL y conceptos de datos. También conversamos sobre mis experiencias anteriores, con el fin de entender qué cosas había logrado, qué debilidades consideraba que tenía y qué fortalezas
