Interview
I was first interviewed by the HR team, and then they gave me a technical self-assessment and a coding challenge that I had seven days to complete. However, for no apparent reason, one day after I started the coding challenge, they decided not to move forward with my process and gave me no feedback.
Thanks for your honest feedback. We took this to heart and revitalized our coding challenge and interview processes to make them better for our Developer candidates in late 2023.
