Screencastify interview questions

I applied for a Product Manager role and only spoke with HR. The conversation was strange, more focused on how tough the job market is and my job search than on my actual qualifications. HR seemed interested or was good at acting but later sent a generic rejection email two weeks after, without any substantive feedback. Shortly after, I noticed the same role reposted on their website and LinkedIn. From speaking with people connected to the company, the reputation seems consistently negative. They’re “looking for the right candidate” but keep recycling the posting, which feels like they don’t actually know what they want. I've seen this PM position posted too often. Another red flag is that they’ve been lowering the salary range over time, making it clear they’re not committed to attracting strong talent.
