Interview
After submitting my resume and filling out an application that included self recorded answers to some questions, I was interviewed a total of 7 times. Three of the interviews focused on job specifics, and four focused on whether or not I'd make a good culture fit. From start to finish, it took nearly a month from applying to receiving an offer.
Each interviewer was very kind and enthusiastic, so I never felt more pressure than what I was putting on myself. My advice is bring your whole self to the interview. They want to make sure that the fit goes both ways, so be honest.
A interesting and wonderful conversation about the culture of the company and how I might fit in. It was focused more on who I am and how I might fit in rather than specific skills.
