Some questionares including some simple maths (Primary school level) to make sure you are able to do simple calculations. After that the HR will lead you to the interview with the department supervisor.

Some questions about yourself, your previous work experience and your skills. Mostly related to the skills that the applied role requires, but fairly generic. It is an operator job afterall.
Standard 30 min face to face with no hr rep, but 2 current production managers. Usual buzz words around teamwork, work ethic, etc
Average preparation needed, ideal to know a few things about the company and the factory's product.
