Interview in Microsoft Teams, questions about the role and why I was interested in the role. They took 1 month to give an answer. They were 2 people doing the interviewing process

Two rounds of interviews. Very cagey about pay and straight up refused to answer when asked until received job offer. Pay was reasonable for a grad scheme if not fantastic so unclear why they were like this. Friendly and relaxed throughout.
