Seal-Smart, LLC interview questions

I was first called, emailed and text by Marilyne, came in with everything she asked, you need a drivers license, social security card and resume. We met at a Starbucks and she bought me a coffee and asked me about myself, then she started talking about the company, what she’s looking for, what I’m looking for. Gave scenarios of things that could happen and what I’d do. The way she talked about the company and finding the right people, you’d think she owned the company. I could see her love for what she did

The director called me, very nice, then text me as a reminder the day of interview, she showed me what she was looking for asked questions, did a demo, showed me few actual videos of what her people do and it was great. About an hour to hour and a half
