Interview and questions portion. You are then taken to the shop floor and asked to put together a look for a given scenario. After that you go back and talk through your decision. Followed by more questions.
Very friendly, casual/informal and reassuring. Things covered like availability and flexibility and past experiences regarding customer service. A lot of references to past job and how customer service is important!
