Interview
I applied online and got a call to set up a phone interview with the 3 members of the team I would be working with. The phone interview consisted of mostly general questions about my previous work history and why I wanted to work there.
Right after I was called in for an in person interview with the same 3 team members. They asked more job role specific questions, a lot of "do you have experience with..." and "tell us about your customer service skills...", etc.
The whole process took a while, but they checked in with me throughout the process and let me know I was still in the running before offering me the position.

Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I went in for a formal panel interview with five people and had an informal follow up interview with four. It took approximately a month from first interview to receiving my offer.
