Pretty relaxed interview and great interviewers. Questions and coding test are relevant to the actual work, no leetcode bs. Several rounds covering technical, communication, and cultural. Overall super positive experience!

Any experience working across disciplines and how would you communicate
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Second Dinner (Irvine, CA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Over three weeks, I conducted three interviews with four team members across different departments, both technical and non-technical. Most of the interviews were positive and insightful. However, the third interview was challenging. The lead interviewer from a non-tech department was unusually confrontational, creating a tense atmosphere despite her assistant’s efforts to keep things pleasant. While this was an exception, it stood out sharply from the otherwise great experience.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Second Dinner in Oct 2023
Interview
Submitted my application, and within a couple weeks was contacted for my interview, which was scheduled for the same week. Interview was pleasant and a relaxed conversation style. Three weeks after the interview was rejected. No feedback or replies to follow-up/thanks emails.
