Very thorough process which examine my analytical and software skills in programming and design. Three steps of interviews: quiz in front of computer, technical interview with the VP RnD, and at the end with the CTO. All of them were very professional. It looks like they have orchestrated a good process.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Secure Islands Technologies (Bet Dagan) in Sep 2013
Interview
I sent my CV to the company and few days later they called me and invited me to job interview. There was no phone interview, that for my experience is a bad sign to the rest of the process.
The first question that the interviewer asked me was: "For which position you applied?". he made an excuse that he has lot of people to interview and he cant remember all. Yeah right.
The interviewer gave me web application and he asked me to locate bugs at the app. I did it correctly and for my impression he liked my findings. than he 'jumped' to my CV and asked me what I'm doing in my current position, about my military service and basic HR questions.
At that point I felt that this interview is going bad...although my answers were good and 'clean' I that the interviewer become antipathetic and he just wanted to finish the interview. I can assume that it because we didn't have chemistry. Im happy that I didnt get the job, he look like for not the ideal boss.

1)He asked me what is the difference between :hkey_local_machine vs hkey_current_user
2)He also gave me this quiz (maybe he thought that this company is like Google...):
You have a 3 and a 5 litre water container, each container has no markings except for that which gives you it's total volume. You also have a running tap. You must use the containers and the tap in such away as to exactly measure out 4 litter of water. How is this done?
