Secure Lending interview questions

The interview I had with Secure Lending was not only disappointing but down right insulting. The woman I spoke with went over the details of the company and the job. It sounded like a regular processing job. I was excited considering how many people were looking for the same position with the current state of the mortgage industry. She then proceeds to tell me the company offers no insurance, but goes somewhat back and forth about if it will be offered in the near future or not (important details to me because health insurance and benefits are a HUGE factor when job seeking). She says but the pay makes up for the lack of benefits. I’m thinking you myself… doubtful but go on. What’s the base salary?” $45,000.00/year because I “have so much experience”. That might not be terrible but with no benefits it was not worth it to me so I politely declined the job and was then hung up on by the woman interviewing me. I tried to call back, but only received her voicemail. I never got a return call back.
