Good transparent process I have experienced for interview. Three rounds of interview happened, two are technical and a Hr round. Recruiter was active enough to give feedback. In technical round they asked multiple questions from Apex trigger, apex class, test class etc. Along with that from Admin the standard data structure, automation related questions has been asked.
