I worked at Secure Meters full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Organization is good for anyone who wants to learn and enhance his/her technical skills.
Onsite opportunities depends on domain you are (mostly embedded domain has opportunities).
Good cultural and recreational activities are conducted time to time.
Good professional and personal life balance.
Good for family person, as life is quite simple with not much work load.

    Cons

Growth is limited in the organization due to various reasons.
Not much challenging work as new designs are not easily approved and getting things approved is toughest thing.
More emphasis is on documentation rather then design.

    Advice to Management

Senior management must reevaluate their procedure for approval of designs and must emphasis on newer approaches given by new employees as well rather then just following TA.
Medium level management needs to be reevaluated.

I worked at Secure Meters full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Brand name, good policies, good top management, learning opportunities, exposure to new technologies, very good personal Dept.

    Cons

Pay scale not good, worse middle management, biased appraisals, HR Dept not supportive, sudden terminations, buttering works over work, no personal development plans.

    Advice to Management

HR must act actively throughout & not only at the time of appraisals. Practical self development plan required. Middle management needs serious mind set change. Department change must be made easy. Working in secure feels insecure. Need to work towards it.

    Pros

In my previous review i mentioned about traffic problems in Feb 2016.

I appreciate the actions and see a remarkable improvement in those. It has taken a while to improve the traffic conditions, but now it is better than expected. Thanks for taking the matter with the local authority. I am sure we can do also contribute towards making Udaipur a model for smart cities. We owe a lot to the city and all we do in return is our way of offering our services to the city

    Cons

Nil,previous feedback/ comment has been worked on and has been appreciated by most of the employees
