This position was for their south Pasadena office. The company does not like questions about how their structure was designed, their style is more "This is how things will be and that's it".
The interview was 2 phone calls and a work assignment researching their industry competitors.
I had a feeling in my gut that questioned the legitimacy of this company but very quickly, they gave me an offer and put a lot of pressure on me to make a decision.
After a few days, I accepted their offer and turned down my other job prospects. Their final request was that I filled out a background check by submitting my social security and driver's license.
Subsequently, after handing over my information, they rescinded the offer without giving a reason. They could have told me before asking for my information. To this day I feel worried about identity theft.
Whether this company is legitimate or not, you should keep interviewing and leave your options open until the very last day.
