I'm not sure who you interviewed with, or lack there of I guess. I apologize for the lack of professionalism during your hiring process. We've modified to a 3 step hiring process and only accept top candidates after the background checks are completed. We do have many agents that work part time but the majority of our team has been here well over 2 years. We feel the basket is plenty safe for the eggs! This was a great review, we appreciate the honesty. This fuels the fires, and lets us all know there's still a better job to be done.
