      Campaign Strategy Lead Interview

      May 31, 2026
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sedgwick in Mar 2026

      Interview

The recruiter was the most unprofessional I have ever worked with in my life. She did not even show up for my interview and I sat on the call for 10 minutes. She eventually moved me through to the hiring manager who had to explain the position. I enjoyed meeting the team, sent follow up emails to express continued interest, and only one out of the 5 people I interviewed with responded. The process was drawn out by over two months. The recruiter would never respond to me or follow up with me, only for the end to be that they are "putting the position on pause" and the recruiter could not even be human enough to tell me that herself (after me following up numerous times), but she just sends an automatic rejection email. Do not EVER apply here. A disorganized mess.
