Typing test, English proficiency test, "tell me about a time when" questions. A supervisor interviewed me but told other supervisors I "just didn't click" with her. She is no longer a supervisor there. Eventually a friend's wife who worked there recommended me. Unlike many call centers, the vast majority of their supervisors and management are competent professionals who believe in employee development.

Applied on line then was asked to complete and online test. Then received phone call for initial interview with a few questions, then selected for in office interview with manager and asst. manager, computer skills test
