I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Salt Lake City, UT) in Jul 2016
Interview
Most corporate of corporate style interviews. They read questions off a sheet from corporate to me, wrote their notes in the blanks on their sheets as I gave my responses. At several points asked me to 'say that again' so they could catch up... They never deviated off script. This, after a 1.5 hr. cpu personality assessment and math 'test' before I went in. They were caught off guard by any light-hearted joking or smiling I did and quickly tried to bring it back to the corporate questions. This happened over 3 weeks ago, and they still haven't gotten back to me... or, surprisingly, sent a canned form letter.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Baton Rouge, LA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I felt the interview was fairly standard compared to others. The interviewer was very personable and ensured they answered all questions thoroughly. The follow-up to the interview was slower than anticipated.

Question 1
If I had experience for the position which I interviewed for.
Interview was interesting. We began in a large group and were introduced to the company. Then we broke off into smaller groups for a brief introduction. Then we went individual with two hiring specialists. Honestly, the one was more interested in talking about his experience vs mine.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sedgwick (Santa Ana, CA) in May 2024
Interview
The in person interview lasted one hour with the first half getting to know each other and the second half answering behavioral style questions. It was a good experience overall.
