Seektech interview questions

First was a phone screen by HR- the questions were pretty difficult and covered a variety of software and concepts- I could only answer about two questions on multithreading. To my surprise, I got a return call for an onsite interview. Onsite consisted of some resume discussion, education, past experiences, then some technical questions as well as three problems I had to write out on the board. The onsite interview was much easier than the phone screen.

Phone interview, then onsite interview. I didn't do an onsite interview so I'm not sure what happens there.
