Selectsoft interview questions

Company post job on Cragslist. I emailed to given address answering 3 requested questions in it. The interviewer contacted me a few days later and setup a phone interview. The phone interview comprised asking questions about my experience. Received email for in person interview for the following Thursday. The 1-on-1 interview comprised answering several specific questions testing my knowledge on certain applications and procedures. Was not asked in for 3rd interview. Received a polite decline email a few days later.
