Seminole State College interview questions

Multiple interviews with a group and a one-on-one. Also had to give a teaching presentation on a subject different what I will teach. People were nice in the group, but the one-on-one felt hostile. It also took weeks between steps and seemed to drag on unnecessarily. I knew I was the preferred candidate two weeks before they got around to making the actual offer. I almost had to take another job just to be sure I had a job. Even getting through the initial screening was almost impossible. If someone in the department hadn't interceded, I would have been blocked from even being considered because of a glitch in their website that wouldn't let me correct information.
