After the screening with HR, there is an interview with the manager. First, there is a general sort of get-to-know with the manager, work, and expectations from both sides. Then, the second half is a test of your writing abilities (you stay on the call and complete a form with questions).

HR interview, hiring manager interview, brief skills test, peer interview, department lead interview. They moved through the process quickly, and HR was very communicative. Everyone seemed earnest and friendly throughout.
