Seraphine interview questions

1st video call with the usual questions in an interview 2nd was with the team and to see the office - this was more in depth about my experience, ddi a fit session to show skills

Completed three interviews and an informal task, received positive feedback throughout and was extremely encouraged until, surprisingly, I was told that one of the four people who interviewed me had concerns. I was told that, despite being given no brief, I hadn’t quite met the brief on the task set and that my TOV assessment focused too much on the companies TOV and developing that instead of my own (with all my experience writing TOV documents I have never seen this approach, it would have been helpful to have known what they were looking for), and that this member of the team was unsure about my qualifications (I have a degree in fashion and years of experience within fashion marketing, specifically copywriting, so it was unclear where I fell short as I had experience with all of the responsibilities outlined on the job spec, which we went over in all three interviews). Overall my experience with the interviews was good and everyone I spoke to seemed lovely, it’s a shame that the decision was made on one person’s concerns, especially ones that were not mentioned in my interview for me to address directly, but I’m sure for the right candidate this would be a wonderful place to work.
