Service Finance Company interview questions

These days, they're sending their entry-level jobs overseas, so you have to know someone. You need to apply to this company through their parent company, Truist. Once I got to the interview, it was unexpectedly casual and conversational. I wasn't sure whether I'd even get the job because the vibe felt like they'd already made their selection, but I made sure to plug my results and accomplishments in a previous role anyway. I figured it wouldn't hurt to get interview practice. It took a couple weeks, but I received an offer and accepted.

It was 2 interviews, about 15 minutes each. Offer extended afterwards via email or phone call. No room for negotiation for pay. Ask about opportunities to be promoted. They are there.
