SessionM interview questions

they have a 4 step process, first is a phone screening with the recruiter, which was pleasant. He was helpful in providing insight and making sure candidates are prepped for follow up interviews. Next i met with the Manager/Team Lead if you will for about 30 mins and that was pleasant. I then had over the course of a week based on schedules 4 more 30 min interviews with potential colleagues. Following that round I would have had another interview where you have to prepare a presentation. I did not make it to that round as they choose another candidate. Overall i had a very pleasant experience. I was hopeful about getting the position.

The process was quick and smooth. First round. Intro with talent acquisition specialist. Overview of the product, team, and company. General questions about your experience and expectations. Second round. Technical interview with Lead Engineer. Third round. Soft skills and Behavioral interview with VP of Engineering with time for your questions. Fourth round. Job offer.
