Interview
Casual interview with some questions regarding professionalism, work history and technical skill set , as well as ability to switch priorities and pace. Discuss comfort level working with large data sets and using the data set to produce reporting, primarily charts and graphs in excel. There seemed to be a balance in regards to what you bring to the table and what they can offer in terms of experience.
Long process with very little communication and multiple interviews with the same individuals made for months of frustration. I completed a demo project for the team and never received feedback.
