Very easy.As long as you show up and do not have a bad background check your good.they are basically looking for a warm body.easy work but you work 80 yrs a week and have no home life

I went in on interview day that they do every Tuesday in Bakersfield. After about 20-30 min they called me to do my interview. I was interviewed by two people at the same time, it wasn't too bad. Direct questions, if you have experience you'll be fine(I was told you need experience to do the job).
