Interview
I had an informal phone conversation because I was a referral, then a formal 45-minute call with the hiring manager, a formal touch base with the skip level hiring manager, and a second longer get to know you conversation with the hiring manager. It was overall a well-paced interview process and gave me the opportunity to get to know who I would be working with in addition to the company, the team culture, and the role guidelines. I was very pleased with the level of professional courtesy that was displayed and the level of preparation that was shown in every conversation across the board.

The interviewers asked about my previous experience, my thoughts on AI in talent acquisition strategies, and my comfort with different tools, tactics, and strategies when it comes to hiring.
