Shanghai Juyi Cosmetics interview questions

I was offered through a LinkedIn Connect request even though I hadn't even uploaded my portfolio. The interview was done through a phone call with a kind and responsive HR staff. HR described that the pay is calculated per workday, amounting way below minimum wage and no one should support this practice—this is a full time 8-hour job with intern pay. HR is willing to receive a later answer (you don't have to accept on the spot). Thank you for the offer.
