Shaw Homes interview questions

Interview consisted of 3 Interviews in total. The first was a basic job overview with a room filled with eligible candidates applying for two complete different companies & positions. Seems as though they hired a "Scouter" agency to do the first initial presentation & overview - Second was with the Hiring manager at Shaw Homes Office & a few other candidates that I recognized from the first place & 3rd interview was with who i assume was another hiring manager & down to just me and another person. They ended up offering me the job that evening & wanted me to start the next day. I never did get a "one on one" Interview that I didn't share with someone else. Felt extremely competitive & unprofessional. Instead of wasting everyone's time they could have invested a little of their own. Comes off as a great opportunity at first impression, BUT quickly fell short of professionalism & structure with their hiring process. Disappointed is an understatement!

I thought I was attending a singular interview, but once I arrived I saw it was a group interview. Really more a meet and greet. That was disappointing, as I would not have spent the time to attend.
