I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Shaw Industries (Oxford, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview was pretty laid back, they asked me a lot of open ended questions. They will ask what your friends think your best quality is, and what your friends think your worst quality is. Some questions are sort of difficult and unexpected but that is the purpose. It is a sales position so they are just getting a feel for how comfortable you are communicating with others.
