Interview
Straightforward, based on the STAR model, many examples required for situation, task, action (personal not team), and results. Need many examples but mostly looking for a can-do never give up attitude where anything is possible. Stay positive and relevant and you'll succeed. Safety is important and highlighted in the interview.
