2 day assesment. where overall skills were tested . During the assement stay in a hotel was offered together with meals. Assement focused mainly on people skills and processing of new information. former knowledge the industrie does help but i managed without. assements at the different stage are done by panels.

Interview
I had 2 phone interviews before a sit down interview. I had to prepare a presentation. It took about 3 hours including lunch. The backround check took some time. They also made me do a hair follicle drug test and medical examination.

Question 1
Pretty basic questions. They didnt play games or ask gotcha questions. They wanted examples of my previous work, experience, training... There were a couple questions about making difficult decisions and how I made them. There were about 50/50 about personality and experience.
