It was a 2 stage process, first stage involved an online video interview asking your typical HR questions, (give a moment when you disagreed with your supervisor?). As well as a Math, English, and Logic test and a personality quiz. Over all hard to prepare for the quizzes it really just go in and try not to over think anything because there is a time limit. Second part is a case study, just be sure to read through the case study a couple times and take some notes. You'll be expected to give a 5 min presentation on a topic given at the time of the interview

After submitting application you are sent a Hireview link with numerical and verbal reasoning questions and ends with 3 video interview questions that are untimed. If successful, you are invited to a virtual case study interview.

Why you want to work for shell and a time when you had a different opinion to someone
3 questions for a video interview. It was online and you get as much time as you want to prepare so there is no time pressure. You can also retake either question 3 times.
Many questions, especially focused on how I could improve shell by qualities I have learned from my studies and previous work experience. Very friendly and open environment. Took about one hour.
