Standard Graduate Application, followed by psychometric tests and video interview at the same time. Both psychometric tests and video interview were nothing new although the video interview offers 3 mins to record an answer - longer than i have ever had before
Online psychometric tests, and video interview. You have to complete the 2 back to back, so if you do not proceed to the next round you won't know what part of the process you did not pass

The process began with three short and quick online assessments including, numerical, competency and ability tests. This was then followed by an on demand video interview on competency based questions.
