Interview
I applied to Shell Pakistan Limited in April 2017 in recruitment process and was offered a position in July 2017, so the process took around 4 months. After initial screening, i went through 3 interviews lengthening 1 hour each.

Question 1
First interview was around soft skills. Why Shell Pakistan? How would you handle a situation in which there is a conflict in your team members? What will be your reaction. Tell by an example. Describe a situation of working under pressure etc. etc.
in 2nd interview, they asked me to prepare a PowerPoint presentation on a project covering things like what did you do? what did you do whatever you did? Were you successful? What would you improve, stuff like that.
The third interview was with HR team where they gave me case study and asked different questions regarding that study. They gave me option to pick case study from any of 5
areas like Finance, Engineering , HR etc. and you get to choose one. Then they will give you 15 mints if i remember it correctly and will discuss the case with you.

Interview
There were three interviewers with one of them mostly managing the interview process. The interview started on time and lasted for about an hour. The two interviewers asked in-depth questions about my educational background and my motive in applying for the company. There were a lot of questions but they kept the atmosphere light. I also expected to do most of the talking, but they unexpectedly had a lot of inputs as well.
