Phone interview: was told they were not interested in talking about my work experience since they already had my resume (?). Fifteen minutes into the interview I was asked about what I liked about work, when I replied I enjoyed problem solving the interviewer immediately told me they were looking for someone who did not want challenging work and ended the interview. (What kind of company wants to hire someone who does want challenging work???)

First a telephone Call a then a. Formal interview in person to discuss the role in further detail. They also asked a lot about my past roles and experiences I would bring to this role
It was Behavioural based. A lot of questions you needed to answer by using the Star technique. They also ask questions just to get to know you as well. Relatively easy.

I applied. Got a call 3 days after and my interview was a week later. Everyone was. Very nice and answered all my questions. They asked how I worked in a team and alone. They asked how I dealt with difficult people.,
