I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Shell (London, England) in Jan 2018
Interview
Final interview included a review of a case study of 30+ a4 pages of details about 3 potential countries to invest in new shell facilities in, with many different geographical advantages & disadvantages & different products.
Interviewers were both over skype & very easy to work with / helped me through the interview. Ultimately I did not show quite enough depth of thought of consideration of different factors - they gave very good advice and feedback after the interview.

Interview
Very lenghty but professional
Part of the interview was logical test, assessment with preparation of case study. They were really drilling me but HR was a great support the whole time
