There will be 3 to 4 rounds of interview which includes technical, managerial and hr. Interview process is really smooth. The interview process takes 1 to 2 days . The interviewer were technically very strong and knowledgeable.

Very lengthy and detailed oriented. They would be atleast 4 rounds and they give importance for behaviour and attitude round where they ask questions on case study on how we interact and respect other and environment..

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Shell (New Delhi) in Jun 2019
Interview
Applied through a referral. Received a call from HR after 2 days of application.
There were two rounds. First telephonic and the second was a video call as I was in another location.
The second round of interview was of professional and structural type which took for three hours.
It has been 2 weeks now and there has been no communication from Shell.
Companies should have the courtesy to provide feedback whether positive or negative and should not keep the candidate waiting.
Highly disappointed with the process.
