Interview
Very structured and detailed. All the information you need is up on the website, or many other sites allowing you to practice behavioural questions. The ODVI questions are given, and you'll need to record yourself answering the questions. The recording can re-recorded as many times as needed.
The first interview is online, it calls On-Demand Video (Odvi), you need to answer some question and make a video answering it. You can retake videos as much as you need. The Odvi takes 10-15 minutes.
