There are several rounds of test and assessments (like logic test etc). This is a highly competitive programme with many people applying. I think most of the graduates are in their 20’s. To be an older applicant may be disadvantages.
They have an online interview and proficiency test, I failed at either of them, so I could not get to the 2 physical interviews. They asked about my passion and why shell?
After submitting application you are sent a Hireview link with numerical and verbal reasoning questions and ends with 3 video interview questions that are untimed. If successful, you are invited to a virtual case study interview.
