There are 4 rounds of interview. 1 - HR, 2 - Technical, 3 - Technical with hiring manager, 4 - HR
Depending on the job or role a person applies, the difficulty and technicality of questions vary. However the interview process takes quiet sometime to get completed. In my case it took around 90 days and I have heard similar comments from many colleagues.

Quite short and heart warming very professional. At first you start off with a practical assessment more to see if you have some sort of knowledge of what is expected from you.
